Workspace and its elements

A workspace joins users, user data and the system’s capabilities for data processing and analysis. A new workspace is created for registered user, after that he will be able to add data, analyze them and invite other users. All users of a single workspace have one scope and ability to operate with entities and data that are available only to this workspace.

A workspace contains the following main elements:

Source is a grouping entity of HTTP, ZOOM or another network repository, in which new records appear periodically for analysis. Adding a source is carried out during the integration process.

User is a user of system who is able to access and process data resources of his workspace, users have the ability to manage sources and projects, search, receive notifications.

Project – a group of operations on recordings, which includes adding to monitoring, audio processing, setting settings for searching audio data, alerts, viewing reports, etc. Projects can be of several types: Standard type groups projects for monitoring phrases in audio data, and Scenario type groups projects for monitoring a quality of operator’s work.

The project has an author who created it and subscribers include all users who have access to the project and receive notifications of new events.

Project events are the occurrence of search triggers on new audio data. When new events appear in the project, all subscribers receive notifications in the form of email messages.
