Search in audio data

The CallDNA can help you do search easily for records with transcribed data, this feature is available by Search menu.

For a successful search, you have to specify a search word or phrase, next select one of the match types:

• Any words matching means at least one word occurs;

• All words matching means all words occur orderless;

• Exact phrase means exact phrase match corresponding to words order;

In the extra filter, you can select other file attributes for filtering:

You can sort the results by the time the entries were added, by relevance, by the duration of the entries, and other parameters
